Mst. Faijunnassa Shilpi, Managing Director of BERD. She has long experienced in working with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. She did her Bachelor and Mater Degree in the Department of Information Science and Library Management, University of Dhaka. She also completed MSc in Computer Sciences, Bachelor of Education Degree. She secured first class at all level of her Education. She had the experiences working with many national and international GO-NGO projects. She is involved in different cultural activities e.g. recitation, anchoring etc
